Scioto County Commissioners Release Data Center NDA

Lately, it appears that secret backdoor deals with local politicians are becoming the norm in this region.

For those interested, I have included a copy of a signed NDA for the proposed data center, signed by one of the Scioto County commissioners.

All three commissioners signed the same document, and including each copy would have been redundant, as they contain identical language.
